Facility: This is an innovative and well respected mental health agency serving adults with serious mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and co-morbid medical conditions. Opportunity: Full time opportunity for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner on the ACT team! ASSIGNMENT IS IMMEDIATE NEED - THROUGH END OF 2019. Fill time hours, Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. This is at their Bronx locations working with the ACT team. The ACT team will be delivering mental health and substance abuse services as part of a multidisciplinary team serving clients in the community. All adult chronic illness.
