Location: Located in the beautiful Bay Area - just 45 minutes to downtown San Francisco or San Jose! This picturesque town boasts year round warm weather, tons of community events and access to the best of everything California has to offer! Facility: A network of 70 clinic sites located throughout the greater Bay Area, consisting of 350+ Board Certified Primary Care and specialty providers. A growing multi-specialty group comprised of 150+ providers located throughout the East Bay area. Opportunity: Seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside 15-20 call center staff (Mas, PSRs). Position will be 100% call center-based. Responsibilities will include telephone triage, Rx refills, and answering MyHealth inbasket messages for providers in Tri-Valley area. Some calls and/or MyHealth messages may evolve into telehealth visits (facilitated from call center desk). Pediatrics included. Epic EMR Compensation: Competitive salary with full benefits offered.
