- Willing to wait for license
- Outpatient, inpatient (no admissions), and OR
- Clinic is Tuesday - Thursday from 9 am to 4:30 pm
- ACLS and BLS required
- 15 patients per day at hospital and 8 - 10 patients per day at clinic
- Main focus will be surgery and OR call
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
