Bangor, Maine: We invite a confident Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a popular Walk-In-Care service in Maine’s third largest city. This progressive practice is managed by the state’s largest FQHC / community health center system, with nearly 1000 employees – including over 200 clinical providers – across 17 practice sites and service locations. Help fulfill their mission of providing comprehensive, high-quality care to all, regardless of life circumstance.

You will join an excellent team of providers in a modern medical services building offering a mixture of unscheduled “walk-in” primary care and urgent care for patients of all ages. Common procedures include suturing, splinting, incision and drainage of abscesses, removal of soft tissue foreign bodies, closed reduction of simple fractures and dislocations, etc. Enjoy a convenient full-time schedule of 3 12-hour shifts per week and have an interesting, challenging and rewarding practice. This facility also provides family medicine, mental health, physical therapy and other services to area residents.
