When: 12/26-2/2 Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p Mon-Fri (may consider p/t, but must be a set weekly schedule) - extension possible
Site Details: We are looking for an Family NP; We work with the corporate staff population and would like our covering providers to have primary care experience including but not limited to the following: • Annual physicals • Biometric screening • Preventive health exams • Referral coordination • Travel medicine • Virtual health • Women’s health. 5 years of experience preferred, but exceptions made per provider and experience details. CPR req'd, EPIC experience highly preferred.

DESCRIPTION:
· Day coverage needed
· 8-10 patients per day
· Employee on-site clinics

Boston, MA 02110 (2nd location)
Need: NP
When: 01/08/24-04/08/24 Mon-Thurs 7:30a-5p (FYI: clinic is open Mon-Fri, but only need Mon-Thurs covered)
Shift times: 7:30a-5p less 30 min unpaid lunch
Details: Onsite employee health center to provide acute episodic care as well as wellness exams and travel medicine. No dependents, all adult patients. High level of customer service expected. CPR Cert, Outpatient care work experience req'd, patient age range: 18-70, 8-10 patients per shift.

REQUIRED:
· MA state license; active, unrestricted
· Active DEA
· BLS
· 2 years of experience
